When you come to Tuf, you will undergo an evaluation with the owner and lead trainer, Trevor Francis. You will then receive a personalized fitness and nutrition plan based on your needs. Your fitness plan will aim to improve each of the 5 health related components of physical fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, muscular balance, cardiovascular endurance, and reaction time.
